These terms apply when you use CatTower. By using the site you agree to them; if you don't agree, please don't use it.
A free service
CatTower is free to use, with no sign-up. Each tool includes a few free uses per day, which reset daily; after that, a short ad can give you more. Ads on the pages pay for the service. The number of free uses and what an ad gives back may change.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload content that is illegal, or that you don't have the right to use.
- Don't use the tools to harm other people or to infringe their rights.
- Don't disrupt, overload or attack the site, or try to get around its limits, usage quota or ads.
- Don't use bots, scripts or other automation beyond normal, fair personal use.
- We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.
Your files and results
You keep all rights to your files and results. Files are processed to make your result and are not stored (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for what you upload and how you use the results.
AI results
Ideas written by AI can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. Check them before you rely on them.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Tools may change, pause or be switched off at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CatTower and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site. Keep your own copies of your files.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
